Here are some recommended hills, one at a time, that I found on my run that you might be able to work out on.
Uphill Challenge File#1 is “Gakushuin Camellia Hill”.
Gakushuin Tsubaki no Saka
One straight road on the right after exiting Mejiro Station, between Gakushuin University. The road is wide and slightly sloping.
If you are going from Mejiro Station, go down the hill first, as it is at the top of the hill.
According to the Slope Society of Japan, the distance is about 450 meters.
When going up the hill, the sidewalk on the left side facing you will be wider and easier to drive on. However, watch out for cars because there is a car entrance for condominiums on the way.
Also, because of the cobblestone pavement, it may be slippery on rainy days. Please be careful.
The distance is a full 450 meters! I had such a feeling that I could not finish running even if I did.
